Class includes a synopsis of the Nebraska License Law in layman terms with Nebraska Tests
A textbook titled “Real Estate Exam Prep – 1st Edition” is provided at the beginning of class.
The class is intended to be a review of material and fill the “holes” in your knowledge, NOT to learn new material. Use this course to better prepare you and also learn what and how to study on your own prior to taking the exam.
We recommend scheduling your exam no earlier than one week following the exam prep course, but no later than one month after taking the class.
Registration and payment must be received at least three business days prior to the start of class. No registrations will be accepted after the class has been closed.
It doesn’t hurt to plan ahead! Look over the pre-license and exam prep schedule online and pre-plan the path you will take to obtain all your class hours. This way, you will not be stuck waiting for the next class or miss an important registration date.
Re-Taking the “Live” Crash Course
Students may retake the Exam Prep course at no charge within 3 months of failing the exam. After 3 months full tuition will be charged to re-take the class.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be made if you cancel at least 3 working days prior to the start of the class or event. Any cancellations after 3 working days the school will retain a cancellation charge of 20% of the tuition. Withdrawals will be refunded on a prorated basis if the withdrawal occurs before 50% of the course is completed. A 100% refund will be made if the school cancels the class. Students have the option to transfer their tuition fee to another course for up to 6 months, if the student would prefer that option. No refunds on materials.
If you fail the exam you will be allowed to repeat the Exam Prep “Live” Crash Session within three months of your enrollment date free of charge! After three months, full tuition will be charged to re-take the class.

Take a practice test that coincides with the current, general test outline. The practice exams are developed using concepts found in the general portion of the actual exam and covers areas such as product knowledge, terms, and concepts.
